Dolores Ann (Hochbein) Biondi

Age 84, of Frazer Township, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021 at her home.  She was born on January 31, 1937 in East Deer Township and was the daughter of the late August E. and Helen (Smolak) Hochbein.  Dolores worked as a chemist for Pittsburgh Plate Industries, Creighton.  She enjoyed being a homemaker as well as gardening and decorating.  She loved spending time with her family, and she especially enjoyed watching her grandchildren participate in their many activities - always being the most supportive and proudest fan.  Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Mario A. "Nick" Biondi, her children, Tracy A. (Lisa) Biondi of Fox Chapel, Marisa E. (Doug) Stanko of Allison Park and Laureen R. Sullivan of Tarentum, four grandchildren, Ryan and Kristen Stanko and Michael and Jessica Sullivan, her brother, David (Judy) Hochbein of Sarver and her sister, Carol (Robert) Smith of New Kensington. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made in Dolores' name to the Pittsburgh Chapter of Alzheimer's Association, 2835 East Carson Street, Second Floor, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
