Dorothy M. Fenoglietto 

Age 97, of Creighton, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Concordia at Ridgewood Place, Plum.  Dorothy was born on June 13, 1926, in Tarentum and was the daughter of the late Andrew and Martha (Lehosky) Hrivnak. 

Dorothy was a faithful and longtime member of John Huss Lutheran Church, Arnold and the Ladies Auxiliary.  Dorothy loved being a homemaker.  She enjoyed cheering on the Steelers, swimming, and was talented at making crafts.  She was talented at creating beaded Christmas ornaments and acorn wreaths among many other craft items.  

Her survivors include her sister, Mona Daily, of Creighton with who she lived, and two brothers, George A. (Lynn) Hrivnak of Manassas, Virginia and John J. Hrivnak of Nova, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, James Fenoglietto who passed away on November 16, 1989.

Relatives and friends will be received from 9 a.m.- 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 22, 2023 in the Paul R. Ajak Funeral Home, Inc., 921 Freeport Road, Creighton, PA 15030.  The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with the Rev. Jerome E. Panzigrau officiating.  Entombment will follow in Mount Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.  

In lieu of flowers, in Dorothy’s memory, memorials may be made to John Huss Lutheran Church, 1539 Kenneth Avenue, Arnold, PA 15068.
