Package Includes:

        • Transfer of deceased

        •Review of all documents

        •Care, shelter, and refrigeration of the deceased (embalming is not required)

        •Crematory Fee

        •Filing of the death certificate

        •Assistance in placing the families obituary (newspaper fees, if any, not included)

        •Notification of Social Security and Veterans Administration,(where applicable)

        •Cremated remains placed in plastic container(urns available for purchase)

        •Delivery of cremated remains in container to anywhere in the Continental United States (express mail, U S Postal Service fee), or pick up at our location.

Package includes our Basic Direct Cremation services PLUS (within basic service area):

       •Ordering of 10 FREE Veterans Death Certificates

       •Cremated remains placed in plastic container

       •Coordination of cremated remains to National Veterans Cemetery

       •Request and arrange Military Honors and Burial Flag

       • Assist with obtaining of Veterans Administration Forms
